HR Intern

Location:  Monaco

Start Date: January 2022 for 6 months

Position Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR intern to perform various administrative tasks and support the HR manager in her daily activities.

 
 

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment:
  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Schedule interviews
  • Post, update and remove job ads boards
  • Assist the HR manager in new hire inductions
  • Prepare and send offer and rejection letters

Admin :
  • Update employee records
  • Prepare contracts
  • Coordinate with the Monaco labour regulations requirements and compliance
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding all HR related matters
  • Gather payroll information…

Participate in organising company events and careers days

Internal policies :

  • Review and update company policies in collaboration with the managers

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Languages and experience :
  • English and French : mother tongue or highly fluent
  • An internship or any experience in an HR dpt is a plus.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of cycle recruiting
  • Admin and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of Monaco labour legislation
  • Problem solving skills
 

GRATIFICATION

  • €500 per month
