HR Intern
Location: Monaco

Position Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR intern to perform various administrative tasks and support the HR manager in her daily activities.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment:
Admin :
Participate in organising company events and careers days
Internal policies :
(List of tasks non exhaustive)
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule interviews
- Post, update and remove job ads boards
- Assist the HR manager in new hire inductions
- Prepare and send offer and rejection letters
Admin :
- Update employee records
- Prepare contracts
- Coordinate with the Monaco labour regulations requirements and compliance
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding all HR related matters
- Gather payroll information…
Participate in organising company events and careers days
Internal policies :
- Review and update company policies in collaboration with the managers

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Languages and experience :
Requirements
- English and French : mother tongue or highly fluent
- An internship or any experience in an HR dpt is a plus.

- Basic knowledge of Monaco labour legislation
- Problem solving skills
GRATIFICATION
- €500 per month
