The Newport Boat Show 2012
It may not be one of the most talked about luxury yacht shows in the industries calender, but the Newport Boat Show is nonetheless an excellent venue in one of the most beautiful parts of the world. Situated on the affluent shores of Newport Beach, in the sunny state of California, it attracts exhibitors and attendees from all over the world. It is California's premier big boat and luxury yacht show, presenting more boats in the water than any other event on the West Coast.
This spring the show will celebrate its 39th year when it opens its doors on April 19th at the Lido Marina Village, one of the prime luxury yacht marinas on the West Coast of America. Over the four day exhibition more than 300 vessels will be displayed under the blazing Californian sun, offering sailing enthusiasts endless opportunities to peruse the luxury yachts for sale. Many of the yachts on show are equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and creature comforts such as multiple big‐screen entertainment systems, gourmet galleys outfitted with granite countertops, gleaming stainless fixtures and high‐end appliances and exotic wood‐trimmed interiors. 
As well as a host of multimillion‐dollar luxury yachts for sale, the show will also feature a wide selection of 35‐ to 65‐ foot pleasure craft, including sport fishers, long‐range trawler yachts, sport yachts, family cruisers and motor yachts. There is also more than 400,000 square feet of floating dock exhibits and boardwalk displays to wander around which promise to be packed with a huge selection of boating accessories and services. The Newport Boat Show has become well known in the United States as the West Coast's one‐stop shopping experience for boating enthusiasts and potential buyers, and is easily located at the Lido Marina Village, at Via Lido and Newport Boulevard in Newport Beach, one block south of the Pacific Coast Highway.
