Aneta joined Fraser in 2022 with over 11 years experience in the industry both on board and ashore.
Aneta worked as interior crew on yachts for four years previous to being employed by a yacht management company in Monaco for 7 years following. In this role, she provided administrative support to the managed fleet and project managing the development of a bespoke online yacht management system used daily by the yacht management team, the crew, and Owners.
Having gained key experience both on and off board, Aneta has a thorough understanding of everyday challenges faced by crew and about delivering service that goes above expectations. Her additional yacht management experience also provides her with an understanding of procedures yachts comply with.
Originally from Poland, Aneta speaks Polish, French and English. A self-proclaimed geek, she is passionate about data and has yet to meet an excel spreadsheet that scares her. In her free time, Aneta enjoys sewing, fabrics and interior design.
