The Superyacht Cup Palma 2018

The Superyacht Cup has been running in Palma de Mallorca for 21 years with this year’s edition set to continue the tradition of excellent racing, a vibrant social programme all against the stunning backdrop of a superyacht’s paradise.

One of the longest running regattas in Europe, the Superyacht Cup Palma takes place over four days giving luxury sailing yachts from around the world the chance to compete in one of the most prestigious racing events. The regatta is run by the Real Club Nautico de Palma and will be celebrating its 22nd edition next year. The Bay of Palma offers fantastic sailing conditions at this time of year; the warm June breeze is ideal.

What’s more the regatta and its organisers are proud supporters of the cause to protect the world’s oceans having launched their Sailors for the Sea’s Clean Regattas programme.

Participants, spectators and visitors alike, in town for The Superyacht Cup, can enjoy all that the historic city of Palma has to offer including bars, restaurants, small streets, markets and local cuisine all of which are full of Balearic character.
