Liz To is the Safety and Crew Management Coordinator, where she assists with the administration and implementation of the Fraser Linked Yachts (FLY) system and provides operational support for the managed fleet.
She joined Fraser in 2023 as a Crewing Consultant with The Crew Network before transitioning into her current role. With over a decade of experience in the yachting industry across Asia and Europe—including crew recruitment, maritime compliance, and fleet management—Liz brings a wealth of expertise to her position.
She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English and holds a BA in Cruise Management from the University of Plymouth.
