Kellie Kastner joined the Fraser Greece team in February 2026 as Charter Retail Assistant, after three years as Administrative Assistant in the Fraser San Diego office.
As Administrative Assistant, Kellie supported the Sales and Charter Retail teams, steadily expanding her industry knowledge and commercial expertise. Her progression reflects her growing understanding of charter brokerage operations and her ability to adapt within an international environment.
Originally from Minnesota, Kellie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Minnesota State University. She discovered the yachting industry in 2018 and went on to build five years of experience as a stewardess on charter yachts worldwide. This first-hand experience provided her with strong operational insight, attention to detail, and a client focused mindset.
Today, Kellie supports charter operations including yacht selection, itinerary preparation, contract documentation, database management, and marketing coordination. She works closely with Brokers across regions, contributing to client development efforts and supporting key initiatives during major yacht shows.
Her onboard experience combined with her growing brokerage expertise makes Kellie a key addition to the Fraser Charter Retail team in Greece.
