Selina Fanek joined Fraser in October 2025 as Crew Coordinator Supervisor, based in the Fort Lauderdale office.
She brings a strong background in crew recruitment, yacht operations, and client services, supported by both shoreside and onboard experience. Before joining Fraser, Selina worked in crew placement and coordination, helping connect qualified crew with yachts worldwide. Her earlier experience as a stewardess on charter yachts gives her valuable firsthand insight into life onboard and the dynamics of successful crew management.
In her role, Selina oversees crew coordination, supporting captains and owners by identifying qualified crew, managing certifications and employment agreements, and ensuring all compliance standards are met. She also leads and supports the crew coordination team in maintaining Fraser’s high service standards.
Her hands-on experience, professionalism, and leadership make her a valuable addition to Fraser’s Yacht Management team.
