Liliya Chulayevska

Liliya joined the Yacht Management department as Crew Coordinator in the Fraser Fort Lauderdale office in 2025.

Liliya brings extensive maritime experience, having served as a Chief Officer and Captain aboard a range of private and charter yachts throughout the U.S., Caribbean, and the Mediterranean. Her strong background in crew leadership, bridge administration, ISM/ISPS compliance and hands-on operational knowledge, make her a strong asset to the team.
 
Liliya is the primary point of contact for all crew-related matters on her assigned vessels, working closely with Captains, Yacht Administrators, and Technical Superintendents to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
