Andy Velasco was promoted to Senior Crew Coordinator in 2026, based in the Fort Lauderdale office. He has been a member of the Fraser team for more than six years.
Andy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and brings a strong understanding of crew logistics, yacht operations, and regulatory compliance. During his time as Crew Coordinator, he has played a key role in supporting captains and managed yachts, consistently demonstrating attention to detail, professionalism, and a strong service mindset.
In his current role, Andy serves as a lead contact for crew matters and mentors Crew Coordinators in the Fort Lauderdale office. His responsibilities include overseeing crew documentation, coordinating payroll processes, supporting onboarding, and ensuring compliance, safety, and emergency preparedness across the managed fleet.
His experience, reliability, and in depth knowledge of crew operations continue to contribute to the strength of Fraser’s Yacht Management team.
