Tracie Burch was promoted to Yacht Administrator Supervisor in September 2025, after joining Fraser as Yacht Administrator in June 2024.
She brings over eight years of experience in corporate accounting within the yachting industry, building a strong foundation in financial operations, yacht sales, charters, and month-end closing. Since joining Fraser, Tracie has quickly become an integral part of the Yacht Management team, recognized for her financial expertise, organizational skills, and professional approach to both client and crew relations.
In her current role, Tracie manages her own fleet of yachts while also mentoring and supervising the Yacht Administrator team. She plays a key role in refining departmental procedures, guiding training efforts, and supporting the continued growth and efficiency of operations.
Her attention to detail, professionalism, and collaborative spirit make her well suited to lead and continue contributing to Fraser’s high standards of service.
