With 26 years in the yachting industry, Yvonne has decades of hands-on experience in every facet of charter, both on and off board. Trusted by multiple long-term repeat clients to create flawless yachting escapes all over the world, Yvonne has booked numerous charters for celebrities and A-Listers.
Born and raised in Sweden, Yvonne has worked and traveled extensively all over the globe. Through her travels she gained considerable experience in international logistics, administration, yacht racing and cruising.
She has over 30,000 offshore miles logged, including two Atlantic crossings. Serving as Chief Stewardess and race crew, she spent more than three years onboard the iconic 1934 America’s Cup J-class yacht ENDEAVOUR. Notable regattas include St. Barth’s bucket, Antigua Classic Regatta and the momentous America’s Cup Jubilee in 2001 in Cowes, England. After ENDEAVOUR she lived and worked in New Zealand. She was part of the crew on Team Stars and Stripes, the VIP spectator boat during the 2003 America’s Cup. Returning to Europe, she attended culinary school in Luzern, Switzerland. After culinary school she worked as Charter Chef on superyachts based in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
Yvonne has always had a passion for sailing. In late 2004 she began working in team logistics for USA’s BMW Oracle and the French Team K-Challenge in the 32nd America’s Cup in Valencia, Spain. After the Louis Vuitton Cup challenger elimination, she became the boat manager for the VIP spectator boats. The high energy and multinational environment were a natural fit for her.
Having moved to San Diego as a young adult, she received a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego. She returned to San Diego in 2007 after 8 years of traveling and has remained in the yachting industry ever since. Joining Fraser in 2018, she brings to every charter the expertise and energy to help clients explore the world in the best way possible, and fuel their passion for travel.
