Julia, a French/ British, born & raised in Antibes, has spent over 11 years in the yachting industry. Her early experience as an intern at a yacht management company provided her with a solid foundation in yacht management, crew recruitment, and safety operations. It naturally led her to joining her first vessel in Miami in 2010.
After progressing from Stewardess to Chief Stewardess, she notably spent nine years working for the same operation, initially as a Chief stewardess for the Owner's 50M/164' yacht. Julia then transitioned to the Owner’s build team for the 67M/219' Feadship Project 823, where she was the Interior Manager until its launch in 2023.
Julia further expanded her career by joining Dahlgren Duck in London as Project Manager, where she worked on luxury furnishing projects for superyachts, private residences, boutique hotels and private aircraft. Liaising with over 200 suppliers and managing multiple projects simultaneously, she built a strong understanding of high-end client expectations and the intricacies of luxury projects.
Joining TCN in the role of Crewing Consultant, Julia’s broad experience in yacht operations, crew management, and luxury service will allow her to effectively recruit top talent and help clients optimize their crew and operations.
Fluent in French and English, with good knowledge of Italian, she is well-positioned to cater to a global clientele.
