Montse Barriuso

Montse began her career in the airline industry after gaining a master’s in Corporate Communication. She worked for 12 years for Emirates Group worldwide, initially as general cabin crew, but transitioning quickly to the VVIP cabin crew team.

After her 7 years of working in the air, she continued working with Emirates Group on the ground, becoming an HR Specialist in the Dubai offices, where she led global talent acquisition campaigns and ran onboarding programmes.

Montse moved to Palma in 2017 to work at Air Europa, coordinating various projects including communication and marketing campaigns, event management, learning & development strategies, and incentive plans for crew members.

Spanish-born, she speaks English, Spanish and Italian.
