European Fraser Brokers Gather for Annual Conference

Sales brokers from the European Fraser offices gathered in January for their annual conference, designed to review the previous year's performance, look ahead to the coming year and strategise plus encourage team building in a stimulating environment.

A selection of sales brokers, plus Fraser CEO Raphael Sauleau, Chairman Roberto Giorgi, Director of Yacht Management Harald Van Exem, Chief Financial Officer Alessandra Nenci and Global Marketing Manager Lisa Peck headed to the picturesque village of Champoluc in the Aosta Valley, Italy, for an annual conference. 

The team discussed the performance of Fraser, in terms of sales, from 2017 which was another great year with Fraser selling more yachts than any other brokerage once again. They also brainstormed ideas for 2018 and beyond, looking at strategy and planning.



Secluded in a snowy mountain hideaway enabled positive creative thinking and allowed for some exciting activities to build morale, camaraderie and the spirit of teamwork. These included the delightful snowmobile transfer to the hotel, some skiing and snowboarding and a snowshoe trek around the village.
