Daniela De Marco

Daniela has been working in the yachting industry since 2007, and has spent the past 16 years as an essential member of the Fraser Charter Management team. She joined the company in 2010 as a Charter Manager and, after two years, was promoted to Head of Charter Management Europe, where she led and developed the division, expanded the charter managed fleet, and played a key role in driving its long-term commercial success.

Throughout her career, more than 125 yacht Owners, of vessels ranging from 24M/78’ to 110M/360’, have trusted Daniela to maximize charter revenue and deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for charter guests. With nearly two decades of experience in luxury yachting, she has overseen more than $350M/€300M in charter revenue across over 120 yachts and 40 destinations worldwide, working with clients and partners across Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East. Daniela speaks Italian, English, and French. Among the most iconic yachts she has managed and successfully developed charter programmes for are the 97M/318' CARINTHIA VII and the 76M/247' WHEELS.

In 2025, Daniela stepped into the role of Head of Business Development Worldwide – Charter Management, a natural progression reflecting her proven results and strong aptitude for strategic growth. In this global position, she focuses on expanding Fraser’s charter management fleet, selecting and positioning the right yachts, advising Owners on charter strategy, and developing synergies across the Fraser sales, charter, and management teams. Known for her market knowledge, commercial insight, and straightforward advice, Daniela is a trusted point of contact for Owners, Captains, and industry partners worldwide.
