Karolina Walach joined Fraser in November 2025 as Charter Retail Assistant, based in the Monaco office, following the successful completion of her internship with the Sales team.
During her internship, Karolina impressed colleagues with her professionalism, organization, and creativity. She supported the Charter Retail team in preparing detailed yacht specifications, marketing materials, and client presentations, and assisted brokers during major industry events including the Cannes Yachting Festival and the Monaco Yacht Show. Her contributions to administrative coordination, sales support, and marketing initiatives were highly valued by the team.
Karolina holds a Master’s degree in Luxury Management from the International University of Monaco and a Bachelor’s degree in Luxury Marketing from Sup de Luxe in Paris. Before joining the yachting industry, she gained experience in luxury hospitality and retail with leading global brands, where she refined her attention to detail, client relations skills, and understanding of luxury service excellence.
Fluent in French, Polish, and English, and intermediate in Spanish, Karolina combines international experience with a strong passion for yachting and the luxury sector.
