
Max Willett joined Fraser in August 2025 as Marketing Assistant, based in our Monaco office. He brings valuable experience in luxury event coordination and client service across the hospitality and yachting sectors in Italy, the UK, and Switzerland.
He has supported yacht owners and guests in charter operations and marina services, while also managing front-office logistics. Earlier in his career, Max managed events for globally renowned luxury brands, including Gucci, Dior, Chanel, Burberry, and Harrods, across London, Milan, and Florence. His broader experience includes organizing corporate functions, cultural showcases, and private events throughout Europe, further refining his planning, communication, and service expertise.
Max holds a Bachelor’s degree in Events Management from the University of Greenwich, London. Bilingual in Italian and English, with additional working knowledge of Spanish, German, and French, he is recognized for his creativity, adaptability, and strong client-focused approach.
