Oleg joined Fraser as Commercial Director Europe in 2025.
Of Russian nationality, Oleg obtained his Bachelor of Economics from the Institute of Management & Law of Catherine The Great in Moscow in June 2018.
He began his yachting career as Deputy Project Manager in the Sales Department at Benetti, Livorno. For nearly six years, he managed a 107M/351’ project, overseeing day-to-day project management, coordination and construction log management, as well as the legal and financial aspects of the project.
In September 2020, he joined The Italian Sea Group in Marina di Carrara, where as Mega Yachts Project Manager he was responsible for a 66M/216’ yacht on behalf of the Owner.
His role evolved in 2022 when he became Sales Area Manager for Eastern Europe & the Middle East. In this position, he took charge of sales targets and strategic development for these regions while continuing to support the Project Management team for mega yachts over 70M/230’.
At Fraser, Oleg is responsible for all commercial activity in Europe, with a strong focus on developing cross-selling opportunities and business development strategies, as well as leading the teams to provide highest quality service to our clients.
He is fluent in Russian, Italian, and English, with notions of Spanish.
