Aymeric Frison joined Fraser in February 2026 as Junior Sales Assistant, based in the Monaco office.
He graduated from SKEMA Business School with a Master’s degree within the Programme Grande École and previously completed studies in International Business, including a semester abroad at Stellenbosch University in South Africa.
Aymeric first joined Fraser as a Sales Intern in 2025, where he gained valuable exposure to the brokerage environment and supported the Sales team in daily commercial operations. His responsibilities included client follow up, preparation of commercial documentation, market research, yacht listing coordination, CRM updates, and assistance during major international yacht shows. This experience provided him with a solid understanding of market dynamics, client expectations, and the standards of the superyacht sector.
Prior to his role at Fraser, Aymeric gained experience in marina operations in Monaco, contributing to marina organization and front office coordination. He also worked internationally across logistics and export assignments, strengthening his adaptability and global business perspective.
With a strong background as a sailor, Aymeric brings practical knowledge of the maritime environment, as well as discipline and resilience developed through hands on experience at sea.
Fluent in French and English, with working knowledge of German, he also holds a Coastal Navigation License.
