Lauren Van Wyk was promoted to Senior Crew Coordinator in January 2026, after three years as Crew Coordinator.
Prior to joining Fraser, Lauren gained valuable onboard experience as a stewardess on vessels ranging from 40-100 meters, both private and charter. Her time at sea provided her with a comprehensive understanding of interior operations, crew dynamics, and the high standards required in professional yacht environments.
She later transitioned ashore into crew recruitment, where she managed large scale crew placement and contributed to the structuring of internal recruitment processes. This experience strengthened her expertise in crew operations, compliance, and talent coordination.
Since joining Fraser, Lauren has consistently demonstrated strong operational knowledge, reliability, and a structured approach to crew coordination. In her current role, she supports fleet operations while contributing to the continued efficiency and organization of the Crew function.
Her practical onboard background combined with her recruitment and coordination experience makes her a key contributor to Fraser’s Yacht Management team.
