Katie Underwood

One of Fraser’s longest serving team members, Katie joined Fraser in April 2001. After over two decades at Fraser advancing through the Yacht Management department, today she holds the position of Senior Crew Coordinator and Crew Auditor.

Originally from England, Katie holds a degree in Languages and began her professional career in London, where she worked as a purser before moving into roles in estate negotiation, teaching, and personnel management.

Katie has developed extensive experience within the yachting industry and has played an important role in the evolution of the crew function. Her background in languages and personnel management, combined with her deep knowledge of internal processes, supports both crew operations and compliance oversight.

Her experience, consistency, and institutional knowledge continue to contribute to the strength and professionalism of Fraser’s crew management department.
