Edward Mortleman

Edward completed his bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication and Cultural Studies and quickly joined the yachting industry at Palmer Johnson where he performed as a Sales Representative/ Office manager and coordinated all marketing activities and documentation.

With over 15 years of experience in shipyards and yacht construction, he has held diverse roles that have fortified his experience. He served as the project manager for developing a 14m outboard model at the Couach shipyard and more recently held a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s direction and fostering future growth strategies as a Director of Operations at Gartner Development in the South of France.

Furthermore, Edward has developed a wide range of skills through his experience, including engineering knowledge, class and flag compliance, as well as strong IT and management skills.

Edward will bring an extensive knowledge to the project management team.

He speaks fluently in English and French.
