
A British national, Adam brings over two decades of experience in maritime operations across the yachting and commercial shipping industries.
He began his career as a Mate/Engineer on board yachts. Later he joined Foreland Shipping and rose through the ranks from Cadet to 2nd Engineer, also serving as a Royal Navy Reservist in the position of Lieutenant.
Afterwards, he joined Carnival Corporation, where he held multiple roles including Superintendent of Asset Management and Senior Machinery Inspector, overseeing newbuild deliveries and implementing fleet-wide technical strategies.
Adam then moved back into yachting, serving as Fleet Technical Manager at other yacht management companies, where he managed global fleets and developed safety, maintenance, and risk management systems. As Head of Technical Management, he built and led a technical department supporting over 80 yachts.
Most recently, at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, Adam has overseen marine and technical operations, including the entry into service of new vessels and the implementation of key operational systems.
Adam is a hands-on and structured leader, known for building collaborative teams and delivering reliable, long-term operational strategies.
