Samantha Benon joined Fraser in September 2025 as Yacht Administrator, based in our Monaco – Gildo office. A bilingual British-French professional, she brings over two decades of experience in international administration, operations coordination, and project management across the yachting, cruise, and corporate services sectors.
She has provided cross-departmental support in areas including hotel operations, HR and crewing, supplier management, and financial administration. Her career also includes senior roles in administration and project management, coordinating payroll, compliance, and crew management for luxury yachts and cruise ships, as well as overseeing operations for newbuilds and refits. Earlier experience in events and corporate administration further highlights her versatility and strong communication skills.
Samantha is recognized for her conscientious and adaptable approach, attention to detail, and ability to operate effectively in high-profile, multicultural environments. Her experience working closely with shipowners, captains, and corporate stakeholders makes her a valuable addition to the team.
