Paola began her career working with prestigious EU institutions, where she gained valuable experience in international relations, cooperation, and the intricacies of the public sector.. Her journey continued in the ITC industry where she gained expertise in digital processes and technology applications for businesses.

Transitioning into the yachting industry, she made her mark by contributing to the business development, B2B and B2C relations and implementation of the CRM system for a Hong Kong-based yachting tech start-up. This experience eventually led her to Monaco, where she played a pivotal role in the market intelligence and database management at a prestigious yacht brokerage firm, further expanding her yachting experience. In 2023, Paola joined Fraser, bringing her wealth of international experience in CRM management and client relations.

Throughout this journey Paola had the opportunity to live in 5 different countries in 3 continents. Beyond her professional life, she is an outdoor enthusiast, frequently venturing into the mountains and navigating the open waters. Her global perspective is enriched by her passion for travel, with over 60 countries explored, and her ability to communicate fluently in 4 languages.
