Joaquin Genrich

In his 12 years as a Broker, Joaquin has bought and sold over 60 million USD worth of yachts. Focused on yachts that distinguish themselves from the others, he was notably behind the sale of BEAUPORT (170' Expedition Vessel) the largest yacht on the West Coast. Joaquin has also proudly sold the most Feadships on the West Coast compared to all other Brokers.


On average, Joaquin represents both the Buyer and the Seller 70% of the time. With over 90% of his business being repeat clients, Joaquin is respected for his attention to detail and strong relationship building. He likes to describe himself as a dance instructor, there to make sure that deals happen smoothly, with all steps in line and in the utmost fun.

Joaquin has 16 years prior experience in executive management for musicians and celebrities as well as applying his passion for good food and wine to a position as Resort Manager at La Costa Resort.

Originally from San Diego, California, he started his yachting career in 2009 in Mallorca, Spain, managing and selling yachts, and charters. While in Mallorca he also enjoyed restoring yachts and exotic cars.

Prior to joining Fraser, Joaquin worked as a Broker at Ensign International Yachts, in San Diego, where he quickly climbed to the head of their team as their lead sales person and producer.

Joaquin is also very passionate about charity, working closely with non-profits, helping to raise funds for their causes.
