Lynda Zaleski joined The Crew Network (TCN) in April 2026 as Crewing Consultant.
Originally from the United States, Lynda developed an early passion for travel and life at sea before building a longstanding career within the yachting industry. She brings more than 20 years of experience across yacht operations, luxury service, and crew support, having worked aboard both private and charter vessels in roles including stewardess, crew cook, and yacht support. Over the course of her career, she has sailed more than 60,000 nautical miles aboard over 100 vessels.
Her background also includes experience in high-end customer service, operations, and client relations, where she developed strong communication and relationship management skills in luxury environments.
In her role as Crewing Consultant, Lynda supports crew recruitment and coordination, including candidate interviewing, crew administration, and maintaining high standards of service for both clients and crew members. Her firsthand industry experience and people focused approach bring valuable insight to the TCN team.
