Natalia Rossi joined Fraser in June 2025 as Crewing Consultant, based in the Viareggio office.
She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Master’s in Political Science from the University of Florence. Her academic achievements are complemented by hands-on experience across a range of HR and administrative roles, with a particular focus on recruitment, training, and organisational support.
Natalia has worked in roles spanning recruitment, office coordination, and executive assistance, and has also gained valuable experience in HR processes through internships supporting talent acquisition and corporate training. Earlier roles in customer service and public administration further strengthened her client-facing and organisational skills.
Fluent in English and with working knowledge of French and Spanish, Natalia is proactive, adaptable, and team oriented.
