Designed in-house with clean, flowing lines the 60m/197’ FORMOSA was custom-built to an exceptionally high specification. She has excellent volume (1,089 gross tons) for her length and an inspired layout that maximizes interior and exterior space. Her original design includes a ‘touch and go’ helipad on the sundeck. The interior layout and Asian-inspired design is by the talented Sinot Yacht Architecture and Design.

Generous and well-planned, her exterior guest spaces include a secluded top deck with spectacular views. The sundeck, with hot-tub, bar, Teppanyaki grill and a sunbathing area aft, is for entertainment while outside dining for 12 is on the aft Owner’s deck. A comfortable outdoor lounge on the main deck is connected to the 26m² swim platform when the transom is open. A teak-lined garage doubles as a beach club when the toys are in use.

FORMOSA’s interior is functional, comfortable and exquisitely sophisticated. Guest areas are decorated in tones of blue and cream combined with light and exotic woods, marbles and natural stones. She accommodates up to 13 guests in 6 staterooms including a 70m² private apartment on the owners’ deck. The apartment includes a forward-facing master suite, a spacious private study, a generous ensuite with a dressing area and a sheltered private deck area forward with comfortable seating.

Further guest accommodation is in two full-beam main-deck VIP staterooms and three guest suites on the lower deck. A beautifully designed glass elevator provides access to all interior decks. The yacht sleeps 16 crew.

Built to ABS class, FORMOSA is powered by twin MTU 12V4000 engines. She cruises at 13 knots and tops out at 16.5 knots, with a range of up to 5,000 nautical miles at 12 knots. For comfort underway and at anchor, she is equipped with Naiad zero-speed stabilizers.   

Her exceptional seaworthiness and performance are confirmed by her track record: FORMOSA completed a 5-year world voyage in 2020 and has been cruising the Pacific since 2021. She is presented for sale in exceptional condition, having just completed her 10-year surveys.
