Digital Marketing Intern

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and digitally savvy Digital Marketing Intern to join our Monaco office for a 6-month internship starting in July 2026 and support the Marketing Team across a variety of digital marketing initiatives.

Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and the wider Marketing Team, the successful candidate will assist with website content management, social media activities, digital campaigns and marketing reporting.

This role offers valuable hands-on experience in a leading international yachting company and is ideal for a motivated individual looking to develop practical digital marketing skills in a dynamic, fast-paced and multicultural environment.

Digital Marketing Intern

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & website content

  • Support the Digital Marketing team in managing and updating website content across Fraser’s digital platforms.
  • Assist with the creation, publishing and maintenance of website pages.
  • Upload and optimize digital asset including images, video and marketing materials.
  • Help ensure content accuracy, consistency and alignment with Fraser’s brand guidelines.
  • Support content audits and quality control processes.
  • Assist with SEO – related content updates and optimization initiatives when required.

Social Media

  • Support in gathering and organizing content for Fraser's Monaco fleet and Monaco-based events across all social media channels.
  • Assist with content scheduling and/ publishing when required.
  • Monitor content performance and support social media reporting when needed.

Digital Campaigns

  • Assist with the preparation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and promotional activities.
  • Help maintain marketing databases, digital asset libraries and content.
  • Assist in tracking the campaigns performance and compiling key marketing insights.

EDUCATION REQUIRED

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Digital Marketing, or a related discipline

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Canva
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles (SEO, GEO…)
  • Previous internship or work experience in digital marketing or a related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) is a plus.
  • Availability to attend Fraser Yacht Shows, Open House events and marketing activations when required.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with an ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
