ENERGY: EXCLUSIVE DESIGNERS INTERVIEW

In a new video, Designers Espen Øino (Exterior) and François Zuretti (Interior) share their vision, inspirations, and the design philosophy that shaped ENERGY into a bold yet refined modern superyacht.
A new video has been released offering an in-depth look at the design philosophy behind ENERGY, for sale with Fraser, featuring insights from the interior and exterior designers on the extraordinary process, in strong collaboration with the yacht’s Owner, of bringing this standout yacht to life.
The film reveals how the yacht was conceived not from a rigid brief, but from a shared ambition to create a true floating home - one shaped around how the Owner, an experienced yachtsman, actually lives on board.
The designers discuss the unusually hands-on role of the Owner, who was involved in every stage of the process, from reviewing layouts room by room to selecting materials and refining bespoke details. A strong inside–outside connection sits at the heart of the design. As François Zuretti says: “it was important for him to have an exterior like an interior and an interior like an exterior.”
We also discover how enhanced privacy for the Owner, safety for multigenerational families and a focus on wellbeing influenced the yacht’s layout and inspired the designers to push boundaries.
Øino and Zuretti detail the influences behind the yacht’s many onboard highlights, including the elevated pool deck, martial arts room, piano lounge, helipad-turned-party area, beach club with gym and spa facilities (yoga platform, massage room, hammam and sauna).
Despite being under 80 metres, the yacht delivers the volume and atmosphere of a much larger vessel, an achievement that the designers describe as the result of close collaboration, thoughtful engineering and a shared commitment to creating a yacht that truly recharges those on board.
