JUNIOR YACHT ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Fort Lauderdale

The Junior Yacht Administrator works out of the Fraser Yachts office utilizing data and communication systems to manage a fleet of yachts. They are responsible for communicating and providing administrative support to the captain and owners (or owner representatives). The Junior Yacht Administrator coordinates the day-to-day management aspects of the yacht.

With a strong understanding of financial principles and bookkeeping, the Junior Yacht Administrator both processes and prepares funding requests, financial reports, and engages in communications to and from the vessel to give an accurate picture, both financially and operationally, of the vessel’s status at any time.
 

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Location: San Diego

The Administrative Assistant performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. He/She is responsible for assisting the sales and charter brokers in daily activities to achieve maximum productivity and provide administrative and technical support during transactions.

Duties may include managing the front desk area, fielding telephone calls, listing secretary, charter assistant,
receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, filing and general office organization. The Administrative Assistant must have experience in office procedures and should be friendly, outgoing, organized, honest, and possess a strong aptitude for working with and assisting people.
 

SENIOR VIDEO EDITOR

Location: Monaco/Fort Lauderdale

A new and vital role in one of the most important departments within the world’s longest serving and highest performing full-service yacht brokerage house, the Senior Video Editor at FRASER will be responsible for ensuring our yachts and services have a large range of excellent and engaging video content available to promote them across multiple channels and generate enquiries.

Working as part of the Fraser Marketing team and alongside our worldwide sales and charter teams, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually stunning videos, representative of a luxury brand, for our social media channels and website, including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

 

SENIOR CONTENT MANAGER

Location: Monaco/London/Fort Lauderdale

Responsible for creating content for the promotion of the Fraser brand, the services and the yachts available in both digital and print publications worldwide, the successful candidate will be a passionate storyteller with a deep understanding of luxury branding and will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand's content strategy across various platforms.

They will ensure the delivery of compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience and elevates our brand presence. They will be responsible for the tone of voice and style for all written content and they will create content that engages clients and potential clients – speaking to them on their level - in order to increase the number of quality inbound leads to the company and drive those leads along the customer journey.

 

TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT

Location: Monaco

The Technical Superintendent is the Company’s and the Owner’s representative in the day-to-day operations of the vessel. She/he has to communicate and continuously improve the relationships by providing excellent support services to the Client(s), tailored to the yacht Owner’s expectations.

The position is based in Monaco and the candidate will need to live close by. Furthermore, national and international travel is required 30-40 % of time. Ability and willingness to travel within short notice is required.

 

YACHT ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Monaco

 A yacht administrator provides financial and accounting services to Owners and Captains who belong to our expanding fleet of yachts. He/she ensures that assigned yachts are operated and maintained in accordance with the Fraser Yacht Management System and represents the owner’s best interests.

The goal is to provide clear and accurate budgets, reports, accounting and logistic support as required. The Yacht Administrator works in the Yacht Management Team, using Company procedures and best Yacht Management practices in close cooperation with the Captain and management team.
