Snow Polo World Cup St. Moritz in Partnership With Bombardier

While on board, passengers were able to take in breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps from the unrivalled comfort of the spacious and luxurious cabin, and get to know each other over a glass or two of champagne. On arrival, guests were transferred to their accommodation for the weekend: The Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains, St. Moritz. Surrounded by stunning mountain scenery, the hotel offered the guests a chance to relax and unwind in complete tranquillity.

St. Moritz, having hosted the Winter Olympics twice, is no stranger to prestigious sporting events and the annual Snow Polo tournament is a highlight of the calendar, taking place on the frozen lake on the edge of the town. Over the course of the weekend, top polo teams from all over the world played against each other in six matches, concluding with the Cartier Trophy match. The results of all the matches were very close which made for an exciting weekend of spectating, culminating in an impressive showdown between defending champions Cartier and rising stars Maserati. Maserati defeated Cartier putting an end to their 3-year winning streak.

Maserati triumphed once again for Fraser Yachts though, as weather issues meant that our guests were unable to fly from the local airport. Instead they enjoyed a luxury transfer in Maserati Quattroporte S Q4 cars to Zurich airport, where they were able to fly home once again in an elegant Bombardier Global 6000 jet after a heady weekend of snow, sport and socialising.
