Technical Support
• Assist the Senior Technical Superintendent in monitoring vessel condition and maintenance planning.
• Support in the preparation of dry dockings, refits, and technical projects.
• Help coordinate with the Yachts, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
• Support in maintaining up-to-date vessel documentation and technical records.
Compliance & Safety
• Support the team in maintaining compliance with the relevant maritime regulations and Class Rules
• Assist in maintaining the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Contribute to the follow-up and closure of audit and inspection items.
• Report on vessel compliance status
Procurement & Logistics Support
• Act as support or backup as required to the Purchasing team, supporting procurement activities for the Fraser fleet.
Stakeholder collaboration
• Maintain good channels of communication with crew and vendors as well as internally
• Attend vessels periodically to support project planning and execution.
• Assist in preparing technical reports and updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
Working conditions :
Office-based in Monaco with regular travel to vessels and shipyards. Work may involve exposure to shipboard and industrial environments, including noise and confined spaces.

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities with excellent attention to detail.

• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (French speaking highly desirable, additional languages are an advantage).

Qualifications and experience
• Experience in shipping, yacht management or an onboard technical position essential.
• Basic understanding of the statutory and regulatory requirements within the maritime industry.
• Higher level education or equivalent qualification in a engineering or technical field

Working Conditions
• Office-based, within Fraser Yachts’ Yacht Management department.
• The role will involve regular visits to vessels and shipyards/suppliers.
• Ordinarily the position will follow standard business hours, but flexibility will be required to accommodate vessel schedules, urgent issues and emergency response.
