Fraser Charter Broker Melanie Burke named IYBA Charter Professional of the Year
Based in Fraser’s Fort Lauderdale offices, Melanie shares over 30 years’ experience with her clients, guiding them through the charter process to secure once-in-a lifetime experiences that over 63% of them actually repeat every year.
After receiving her award at the virtual ceremony held on Thursday 28th January, Melanie said: “I am extremely honoured and humbled to have been chosen for this award by such an experienced and highly respected group of charter managers and industry professionals. This past year was more than challenging, but the incredible support of my Fraser colleagues and the intense collaboration we all shared has been an invaluable asset that enabled us to navigate this pandemic and provide our clients with the expertise, transparency, ethical approach and professional service they have come to rely on from our team. It really should be an award for the entire team!”
This is the second year in a row a Fraser Charter Broker has been voted by industry peers to win this exceptional award and the fourth overall, with Melanie following in the highly respected footsteps of Debra Blackburn and Robin O’Brien, and last year’s winner: Diane Fraser who had this to say about her friend and colleague: "I am very proud to learn that Melanie has received this award – it absolutely should go to her.
