MIKE BUSACCA PROMOTED TO EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER & CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER

Mike, previously Chief Operating Officer (COO), has been a cornerstone of Fraser since he joined the company in 2011, following over a decade of leadership across the yachting industry. A respected industry figure and longtime community advocate, he received the Marine Industries Association Award of Excellence in 2019.

As COO, Mike successfully guided U.S. operations, playing a vital role in the rise of Fraser to the world’s leading yacht brokerage, buying and selling more yachts, for more Owners, than any other company every year. In his expanded role, he will head up commercial strategy and operational performance across all regions, driving sustainable growth and strengthening cross-regional collaboration, while continuing to lead with the same integrity, vision, and client-first mindset he has long exemplified.
