Oleg joined Fraser as Commercial Director Europe in 2025. With more than 12 years of experience in the yachting industry, he has developed extensive expertise across project management, sales and commercial strategy.
A Russian national, Oleg earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Institute of Management and Law of Catherine the Great in Moscow in June 2018.
In 2014, while pursuing his studies, he began his yachting career at Benetti in Livorno as Deputy Project Manager. Over nearly six years, he was involved in managing the 107-metre, 5,844 GT PYC-compliant M/Y Luminosity, overseeing its day-to-day project management, as well as the legal and financial aspects of the project.
In September 2020, Oleg joined The Italian Sea Group in Marina di Carrara as Mega Yacht Project Manager. In this role, he managed the construction of the 66-metre M/Y Jas and the iconic 45-metre catamaran M/Y This Is It.
In 2022, Oleg’s role evolved as he became Sales Area Manager for Eastern Europe and the Middle East. He was responsible for sales targets and strategic development across these regions, while continuing to support the Project Management team on mega-yacht projects exceeding 70 metres.
At Fraser, Oleg oversees all commercial activities in Europe, with a particular focus on business development, cross-selling opportunities and strategic growth. He also leads the European teams in delivering the highest standards of service to Fraser’s clients.
Oleg is fluent in Russian, Italian and English, and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
