Lauren joined the Fraser Yacht Management team in 2023 bringing with her experience both onboard and on shore.
She has a background in hospitality and has worked as stewardess onboard vessels ranging from 40m -100m+ with experience in all aspects of the interior.
On shore, she has key experience in crew recruitment, having held the position of Crew Recruitment Manager for Imperial Yachts in Monaco.
