With more than 40 years in the marine industry and 33 years of experience in yacht brokerage, Jack Robertson brings extensive knowledge to Fraser’s Palm Beach team.
Having spent much of his childhood at his family’s second home in The Bahamas, Jack developed a deep appreciation for boating and the marine lifestyle and knew early on that he wanted to pursue a career in the industry.
Arriving in Fort Lauderdale from Chicago in 1986, he began his career with a local boat manufacturer before entering brokerage in 1993. Over the course of his career, he developed a particular focus on yachts in the 30-60 meter/100-200’ range, while also building strong relationships with leading shipyards and clients worldwide.
His emphasis on transparency, build quality, resale value and long-term operating considerations has earned him a high level of repeat business throughout his career. Over 90% of Jack’s sales are for repeat clients, who return to him for his wide-ranging, in-depth technical knowledge of motor yachts and shipyards, as well as his discretion, transparency and integrity.
Jack’s experience includes sales involving prestigious brands such as Codecasa, Christensen, Palmer Johnson, Ocean Alexander, Trinity, Mangusta, Westport, Custom Line and Benetti. Recent sales include 44m/146’ Benetti LUMINA, 50m/164’ Benetti ALUNYA, 38m/124’ Custom Line ARGENTO, and 29m/95’ Westport MY GIRL.
