One of the most successful young Brokers of his generation, Marco has sold around 72 million EUR worth of yachts since he began his yachting career. Balancing his time between Monaco, Europe and the Americas, he is one of the only international yacht Brokers in Latin America.
Marco’s successful sales and purchases include M/Y MONOKINI, M/Y KING, M/Y SUNRISE, M/Y BLUE PEARL, M/Y ARIA.S, M/Y ELALDREA, M/Y SEA WISH, M/Y AISLING, M/Y MALANDRINO, M/Y ELENA B, M/Y BLU, and others.
His sweet spot is the 25-50M size range. Sellers trust Marco to secure the best deal for them: in 63% of his sales transactions, he has represented the Seller. However, he is also experienced in representing Buyers, and has in 28% of his completed deals represented both Buyer and Seller.
Working closely with the world’s top shipyards, Marco has an exceptional level of insight and knowledge on the new-build and pre-owned brokerage market among the largest yacht builders including Rossinavi, Cantiere delle Marche, Benetti, Azimut, Sanlorenzo, Overmarine, Ferretti, Custom Line, Doggersbank, Baglietto, Palmer & Johnson, Perini, ISA, Riva, and CRN.
Marco’s passion for yachting expands far beyond buying and selling. A lifelong passionate sailor, he grew up on his family’s boats and went on to do a Master’s degree in Yacht Design, giving him a highly detailed insight into the new build process and the ability to be a trusted link between shipyard and client. He also holds a Broker’s license, bringing an extra level of professionalism to his sales transactions.
His yachting career started at Fraser when he was 25 years old and developed through prestigious companies such as Camper & Nicholsons International where he worked for three years and Azimut-Benetti shipyard, which he represented for the Mexican market.
A multilingual expert fluent in five languages (Sicilian mother tongue and fluent in English, French, Spanish and Italian) and currently studying Arabic, Marco’s clients span 18 different nationalities.
