Irina joined Fraser Yacht Management as Crew Coordinator Assistant in May 2024, bringing experience in hospitality and the maritime sector.

Irene hails from Spain, where she obtained her Master’s Degree in Business Management and Tourism from the University of Alicante. Later, she furthered her education with a one-year diploma in International Logistics and Port Management at EM Normandie.

Her professional journey began in the hospitality industry, starting as a Guest Experience and Duty Manager at Marjal Resort in Alicante before transitioning to role in Front and Back Office at the Best Western Brice Hotel in Nice.

Subsequently, she joined the maritime sector as a Port and Vessel Operations Agent at Humann & Taconet in Le Havre. There, she handled general crew management, coordinated call schedules, managed and prepared bills of lading, accounts and port documentation.

In 2022, Irene joined Cruiseline Monaco as a Cruise Reservation Agent, where she deepened her knowledge of ships, itineraries, ports of call, and pricing programs. Her responsibilities included booking new reservations and maintaining good relationships with customers.

She is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
