Based in our Monaco office, Eloi Guillier brings over a decade of expertise in naval engineering, refit management, and superyacht newbuilding projects. A French national, he has overseen technical operations at leading shipyards and successfully managed projects for yachts ranging from 22 to 140 meters.
Eloi’s career includes extensive experience in newbuild construction, after-sales fleet support, and large-scale refits, where he honed his skills in project planning, technical oversight, and client relationship management. With a background in naval architecture and engineering, he offers strong capabilities in stability analysis, cost estimation, and supplier coordination.
Fluent in English and French, with intermediate Spanish, Eloi is also certified in offshore safety, maritime customs, and emergency response. Outside of his professional role, he is passionate about trail running, rugby, and sailing, and is recognized for his initiative, precision, and team spirit.
