Emily Barbuscia was promoted to Yacht Administrator in February 2026, after joining Fraser in May 2025 as Junior Yacht Administrator.
Emily holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of East Anglia, where she graduated with distinction, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Chichester.
Since joining Fraser, Emily has built on her administrative and financial experience within the yachting industry, providing reliable and efficient support across yacht operations. Her role includes managing financial and administrative processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth day to day coordination for our managed fleet.
Earlier in her career, Emily worked as a private language tutor, delivering tailored English and Italian lessons to clients of various ages and nationalities. This experience strengthened her communication, organizational, and time management skills, which continue to support her work in an international environment.
Bilingual in Italian and English, Emily is also continuing to develop her French, further enhancing her ability to work effectively within Fraser’s global team.
