Olga Iaroshenko is a Crewing Consultant with The Crew Network, based in Fort Lauderdale.
Originally from Europe, Olga moved to the United States in 2019 and now proudly calls Florida home. She brings more than 10 years of onboard experience aboard yachts ranging from 20 to 140 meters, working throughout Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.
Throughout her yachting career, Olga progressed from Sole Stewardess to Relief Chief Stewardess, gaining valuable firsthand insight into yacht operations, crew dynamics, and owner expectations. This experience enables her to identify and place the right professionals for each yacht and program.
Olga holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Foreign Literature. Her operational experience, industry knowledge, and people focused approach make her a valuable member of The Crew Network team.
