Additional languages is a plus. Position: Crewing Consultant Location: Fort Lauderdale Start date: March 2014 Requirements: Must be legal to work in the US. US Citizen or green card holder. Responsibilities: Conducting Interviews with crew, taking job orders from clients, updating and maintaining crew and client files, reference checks, license verification, updating new registrations, assisting with job placements, sales, email updates, SKYPE interviews, consulting crew and clients, etc. Job Specifics: Office hours 8am - 5pm. Somewhat flexible. Monday through Friday with week-ends off. Also includes some boat shows. Salary range: TBA, but comparable to an entry level crew member salary plus quarterly bonuses. Year end bonus if company wide sales goals are met. Package: Full medical insurance and dental (you do have a small contribution), IRA, 2 weeks paid vacation, 5 sick days per year, 8+ paid holidays per year.

Please find below the job description. Sales Assistants work closely with a small group of international yacht brokers to handle all of the day to day communication with clients and various projects. For this full-time position based in Monaco, the successful candidate will have the following: Knowledge, skills and abilities: • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Ability to adhere to deadlines • Ability to prioritize your work among a multitude of tasks • Be dynamic and have a smart appearance with an excellent customer services approach • Flexibility over working hours is required as you’ll need to work Saturday mornings twice a month during the summer season (9h to 12:30) Education and experience : • A minimum of 2 years’ experience during which you have preferably been in direct communication with high profile clients (e.g. Yachting, luxury goods, private banking…) Bac + 2 education • You should ideally be trilingual with excellent English, French, and preferably Italian, Russian is an asset.
