Tiziano Nastri, Executive Chef (on rotation)

Previous Yachting Experience: Imagine, Let It Be, Timeless, Bella Rena
Tiziano was born in Naples where he studied at the Culinary school before working at the famous ‘Ristorante D’Angelo’. After moving to Florida and working with Antonio Di Benedetto in his signature restaurant, he had a brief spell on the yacht Bella Rena before opening and running his own restaurant. Here turned to the yachting industry on Timeless where he stayed for 8 years.
Tiziano moved from the Owner’s previous yacht Let It Be to become Head Chef on Imagine and has now joined HERE COMES THE SUN with his speciality of Italian and Mediterranean flavours. Tiziano is also ‘famous’ for his singing! His exuberance and joy for cooking, alongside his natural charisma, makes Tiziano one of our most colourful characters on board.
 
 
Samuel Haller, Head Chef (on rotation)

Languages spoken: English
Previous Yachting Experience: Imagine
Even though Sam was born in the UK, his accent tells another story. Indeed his experience started with a 3-year apprenticeship in Wanaka, New Zealand which was followed by working at a 4-star resort in the City for a while.
He then worked for some time in the French Alps at a top class Chalet in Morzine his passion for brought him to the yachting world. At the beginning of the Med season in 2014, Sam joined Imagine where he delighted the Owner and guests with his creations for 3 years.
He is now bringing his proven culinary skills and talent to HERE COMES THE SUN where he will surprise the guests with his exceptional creations.
 
 
James Rees, Sous Chef

Previous Yachting Experience:Prestigious
Originally from England, James is the Sous Chef on board HERE COMES THE SUN. He has been cooking for the majority of his life but it has been his profession for the past 10 years.
Prior to his career in catering, he completed a Sports Science degree at the University of East London. James is passionate about sports and academically talented, but his love for cooking comes first.
He only uses the finest fresh ingredients, and his speciality is British, French and Mediterranean cuisine. In his spare time, he loves to keep fit either by training at the gym, running or practicing any sport in general. Football is his favourite sport as he is a keen Manchester United fan.
