Fraser offers extra online support for Russian-speaking clients
As part of a package of new initiatives in store for 2021, Fraser is delighted to announce the launch of all key service pages on the Fraser website in Russian.
Following the successful roll-out of the Russian version of The Crew Network (TCN) website last year, we are delighted to give Russian-speaking clients the key to unlocking their next yachting experience. For those looking to buy or sell a yacht, book a charter, find new management or charter management, build or refit a vessel, they now have at-a-click access to insight from the Fraser team in their native language.
As part of the 170+ team of specialists worldwide, Fraser already offers the skills and services of several Russian and Russian-speaking members across departments, all of whom are now armed with extra tools to provide clients with the support they need.
Sales Broker Alex Krykanyuk said: “I’m very excited to see the launch of our Russian website. Throughout the pandemic, we have seen steady activity from the Russian-speaking markets and I am pleased to be able to offer further support in all areas of yachting to our vast client base in these regions. Buyers and charterers from Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and all other former Soviet Union countries play a vital role in our industry, and in my seven years with Fraser I have only seen activity from these areas increase.”
Charter Broker Anastasia Legrand said: “I am thrilled to be able to provide an additional tool for the Russian-speaking charter clients I work with in their own language. It makes a real difference in ensuring the key benefits of the charter experience are brought to life for many more future potential charterers.”
Crew Administrator, Yacht Management, Yuliya Bruneau said: “We are fortunate that many Russian-speaking yacht Owners turn to Fraser as a trusted pair of hands to manage, project-manage or refit their yachts. This new launch means that more Owners will be able to discover just how much support Fraser can offer them...and in their own language.”
TCN Crewing Consultant Anastasija Splosnova said: “Since we launched the Russian version of the TCN site, we have had excellent feedback, and have been able to place more Russian-speaking crew on board yachts to enhance the onboard experience for those Owners and guests looking to communicate with their crew in their own language.”
Director of Marketing & Business Development Mark Duncan said: “As a worldwide organisation working with clients of over 40 nationalities and with teams of specialists made up of over 19 nationalities and speaking more than 22 languages, the quality of service we deliver is fundamental to our continued success. Whilst many of our international clientele prefer to work with their dedicated Fraser specialist support team in English, it is always a pleasure to be able to support them in their native language, especially when dealing with complex solutions. Fraser and its team support a clientele made up of over 20% Russian speakers. Our drive to increase the quality and reach of our languages online serves to highlight still further to yacht Owners, buyers and charterers the benefits and rewards they can enjoy when working with Fraser worldwide.”
