Jocelyn Rosado

Spanish-born Jocelyn works in TCN’s busy Palma office as a Crewing Consultant. After completing her master’s degree in Marketing and Sales Management at the University of Barcelona, Jocelyn worked in various Communication and Marketing roles in the city, as well as on the island of Mallorca, for 3 years, before the ocean called and she took the decision to work on board yachts.

For the next few years, Jocelyn was a Stewardess on both charter and private motor yachts in the Mediterranean and the Balearics, ranging from 50 to 70 metres. Here, she learned vital skills and the inner workings of yacht service, arming her with the knowledge of exactly what makes a successful crew on a large yacht.

Since 2023, Jocelyn has brought that knowledge to her role at TCN. She speaks English, Spanish, Catalan and has notions in German. .
