Michelle De Castro

Michelle was born and raised in Berne, the Capital of Switzerland. Growing up surrounded by the beautiful Swiss Alps, Michelle always had a passion for the ocean and spent her free time travelling around the world, usually somewhere close to the water. Her explorer spirit led her to study Tourism & Hospitality Management, and become fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese – in addition to her native language of (Swiss) German.

Her professional career started in sales and marketing in the tourism industry, before she accepted a role at the largest watchmaker in the world - The Swatch Group. Initially based out of their headquarters in Switzerland, she then moved to the Miami subsidiary in 2015 to manage the Caribbean.

After 8 years in the luxury timepiece industry, Michelle decided it was time for a change. Her creative side led her to freelance as a graphic and web designer, and her sea-loving soul pushed her to earn a USCG Captain’s license, running yacht charters in Miami. Combining those passions, Michelle is a passionate member of the Fraser marketing team, dedicating her time doing what she loves.

In her free time, Michelle likes to be active and enjoy life: salsa dancing, capoeira, adventure travel, and sharing a good meal with her husband are a few of her favorite hobbies.
